We do privacy compliance for a living. So this policy is written honestly and in plain language. If anything is unclear — get in touch.

## Who controls the data

DPO Israel — outsourced Data Protection Officer services. The site owners are the controllers of the database ("DPO Israel contact list").

## What we collect

-   **Contact form:** name, email and/or phone, organization type, message. So we can get back to you.
-   **Site usage:** anonymous statistics of page views via a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible / Umami). No Google cookies.
-   **No personal tracking**, no Facebook pixel, no remarketing.

## What we do with the data

-   Respond to your inquiry.
-   Retain it for 24 months from the last contact.
-   No transfers to third parties.
-   No direct marketing unless you gave explicit consent.

## Your rights

-   **Access:** contact us and we will send you the data we hold about you.
-   **Correction:** if something is inaccurate — we will fix it.
-   **Deletion:** a deletion request will be processed within 30 days.

## Information security

Data is stored in an encrypted database with access limited to the site owners via Basic Auth and 2FA. Periodic access review.

## Changes

If we change the policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to anyone whose email we hold.
